There are regular bus services operated by Transdev NSW to and from the Sydney Adventist Hospital with one travelling from Turramurra Station on the North Shore Line (Route 573 and the other from Hornsby and Thornleigh Stations on the Northern line (Route 589).

The Hospital is only minutes from the major centre of Parramatta, and about 35 minutes by train from Sydney city. Public transport to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead is easy, with direct bus and train services, and connecting bus, train and ferry services from the city, Parramatta, Strathfield, Penrith and the North Shore.

Westmead Private Hospital’s nearest train station is Westmead station. The hospital is about a 15 minute walk from the station.

Buses to Westmead Private Hospital depart from the southern side of Westmead Train Station. These include bus routes 660, 661, 662, 663, 664 and 665. Disembark at the second bus stop, being the Mons Road entrance to Westmead Private Hospital.
